PROBLEMS WITH READING PDF FILES

These pdf files (portable document format by Adobe) have been created by Acrobat 5.0. When I first made the pdf files and tried to view them, most of the characters would not appear even on my own computer. I went to the Adobe download site and had to download a major patch (Adobe Acrobat 5.0.5 update English 8.9 MB) to be able to read my own files, I suspect this may be happening to some of you. Since then I have viewed these files successfully on many other computers, whether you are using Acrobat 4 or 5 or Acrobat Reader 4 or 5 you should check for software updates at the Adobe download site.
